Internele sunt stock, la cat costa un motor de logan 1.6 mpi 8v nu merita sa iau alte interne ptr ca daca rezista internele dupaia nu mai rezista altceva, dar momentan testez care este limita Smile urmeaza sa pun corp clapeta cu 4 clapete si airbox + piggy back AEM cu soft facut de Superchips.

Fuel and Ignition Controller for 4-to-8 Cylinder Racecar Applications

The AEM F/IC is an economical solution for controlling fuel and ignition on vehicles that do not require stand-alone engine management, including variable cam timing engines like VTEC, VVTi and MiVEC.
OVERVIEW

The F/IC gives users with OBD-II race vehicles and non-factory forced induction systems the ability to retard ignition and deliver accurate amounts of fuel without the need for outdated FMUs or “boost hiding” controllers. This system works parallel to the factory ECU preventing tuning limitations due to complex factory timing patterns. 21x17 maps with configurable load and RPM breakpoints are easily accessed with the F/IC's Windows-based tuning software. The F/IC draws power from PC USB interface for quick and easy calibration changes.

PRECISE FUEL DELIVERY

The F/IC intercepts the signal to the stock injectors, allowing the user to modify pulse-width by +/-100%. The F/IC is among the only piggy-back systems that can decrease injector pulse-width, allowing the user to drive larger aftermarket injectors* while still maintaining proper air / fuel ratios. This powerful system can also tap into the factory injector signal and work independently to drive up to six (6) additional injectors.

TIMING RETARD CONTROL

The F/IC can retard timing from the factory system based on engine RPM and load inputs. This is achieved by intercepting and delaying the outputs from the cam and crank position sensors to the engine- with no adverse affect on applications equipped with variable cam timing.

SENSOR CALIBRATION & CONTROL

The F/IC can also be used to recalibrate / clamp the MAF sensor, eliminating common problems with non-boosted factory MAFs. The on-board MAP sensor allows for proper fueling in boosted conditions.

CAN-BUS SYSTEMS NOT AFFECTED

Since the F/IC works in conjunction with the factory ECU, late model-vehicles equipped with a CAN-BUS system retain functionality of climate controls, dash and other components on the network.

Piggy Backul e instalat. Am facut astazi cu Aicu de la Superchips Romania 60 km de teste si logari plus 160 kilometrii de drum extra-urban deci un total de 220km, setarile facute in seara asta sunt unele de inceput dar si asa pot sa spune ca masina merge foarte, foarte bine cu noile reglaje urmand ca in aproximativ 2 saptamani sa am 2 harti, una pentru aspirat hard si una pentru supraalimentat hard. Momentan am 3 feluri de setari, fara piggy back, cu piggy back aspirat, cu piggy back supraalimentat iar trecerea de la cele 3 setari se face instant prin apasarea unui buton ceea ce am testat in seara asta si chiar functioneaza instant un lucru foarte bun pentru menajarea masinii nu trebuie mers constant pe supraalimentare si poti activa doar inainte de o depasire de exemplu.

Ce pot sa zic decat wow !
Detin un new beetle 2002 1.6 benzina 102cp.
Eram pesimist cand venea vorba de a aduce mai multi cai putere masinii mele dar ... dupa ce am citit tot istoricul vad ca se poate.
Cred ca sunt singurul din bucuresti care vrea sa ii adauge catvia caluti genului asta de masina + alte modificari vizuale.
Acum vin cu intrebarea : Cat costa ?!? Se poate face gen cand mai ai un ban de aruncat pe fereastra ?

Intre timp masina a mai primit cateva modificari, un traseu de evacuare total schimbat de la motor pana in spate custom cu tobe Magnaflow Race Core. Am mai pus si un blow off ptr sunet Razz Urmeaza o galerie de admisie la care se lucreaza acuma. Am montat un sistem audio cu amplificator JBL GTO de 1100w si player Pioneer 810, o pompa noua Walbro de 255L, un volan OMP, plus multe altele. Atasez un llink cu un filmulet din seara asta
